What is the strategic petroleum reserve?

March 31, 2011 0

Every once in a while, I run into an article that does a good job at explaining something that we usually hear about but we don’t frequently understand. I hope you enjoy this type of articles, if you do please let me know and I will know to keep looking for them. If you don’t, please let me know as well so I stop posting them (even if its just once in a while).
