Predicting US home price reductions: via @trulia

April 17, 2011 0

Our friends at Trulia pull together an amazing amount of their data to produce this interactive map. In the map, you will be able to see three key pieces of data after a house is put on the market. Just enter your zip code and you will be able to look at the following data – darker is better:

  1. The average number of days before the first price reduction on a home takes place
  2. The average percent reduction taken by the owner
  3. The estimated probability of a second price reduction
